Gurkan, after an hour or so trying to refactor the exceptions to the one
defined in the API, I rolled back all my changes because each and everyone of
the occurences have to be reviewed and looked up in the spec manually.
I think this should be done before M2 but maybe we can do this together.
In any case, I have to reread the spec Exception section again before I change
such stuff
