I think you consider about JSR 330. IMO, no effect, becuase it is created
for using in the ava SE environment, otherwise JSR-299 is more specific to
Java EE.

Actually, this API maybe implemented on top of the OWB.
We may be thinking of creating another extension that implements JSR-330
APIs using OWB :)
