In fact currently only the ProcessAnnotatedBean event got tested, so we have to
add tests for all lifecycle events.
But first we have to BeansDeployer#defineManagedBean instead of
ManagedBeanConfigurator#define (which is currently used) for setting up the
test container, because the currently used functionality doesn't fire all
necessary events.
