I think that we are ready for starting graduation process. I believe that we 
attracted some more committers around the project. 

WDYT about the graduation as a TLP before releasing a next milestone?

I think we're ready. Graduation is going to take a concerted effort by the 
community. I'm certainly willing to help, but the community is going to need to 
help drive this.
