proxies only get injected for the 1st instance of a bean

I think I've hit a big problem!
If I inject a bean twice, I get no interceptor for the 2nd instance!
The problem seems caused in AbstractContext#getInstance() which puts the
unproxied! instance into the map!
I'll checkin a unit test i've written to demonstrate the problem.
