Hi, the "Vamsee's newbie guide" is not in sync anymore with OpenWFE. It will make that point clearer on the website. How did the quickstart (http://www.openwfe.org/quickstart.html) work for you ? Please note that the main development effort of OpenWFE has switched from Java to Ruby (http://openwferu.rubyforge.org).
