OpenWFEru is "active" while OpenWFE[ja] is "maintained". I have to say
I'm almost alone for both engines. I prefer to push JRuby to let
OpenWFEru run on top of Java than to continue OpenWFEja. But JRuby
(last time I checked was two weeks ago), is not yet ready.

I don't think there is a php5 bridge, can't php5 interpreters run php4 ?
