I think at the very bottom of the active page:
If there is no ActiveParticipant instance at hand (maybe you browsed
directly via OpenWFE::Extras::WorkItem or OpenWFE::Extras::Field) but
just the engine instance, that will do :
workitem.reply engine
#
# forward() and proceed() are two aliases for workitem.reply() :
workitem.forward engine
workitem.proceed engine
workitem should be engine and engine shoud be the workitem if I
understand the
densha source code correctly (always a good question).
