Hi John et al., I was thinking about Ruote-kit and currently Ruote-web2 application, the parallels and reusability aspects. I am also going through source code of Ruote-web2 and it seems that the work is fairly complex and also reusable to some extent. Repeating this work for any other project would be non-trivial and error-prone. So here is a suggestion -
With introduction of Engines in Rails 2.3, plugins are easy like never before. Is it possible to make Ruote-web2 a plugin for Rails? Additionally, is it possible to create reusable services and components (as the back-end of services) so that other projects can reuse components or services with free-will. Does this make sense? Thanks for good work of restful abstractions in Ruote-web2.
