The above is a gist of a monkey patch I created to add the ability to
specify :at instead of :after for the timeout expression. This would
allow one to specify the particular time at which a block of a process
will be cancelled rather than the duration for which it'll be active.

Just wanted to get some feedback on this. Am I doing this right?
