Hi John,

FYI:

We may have identified a problem with non UTF8 characters with file
storage participant...
We used ruote-kit to start following process:

Ruote.process_definition :name => 'test', :revision => '0.1' do
  sequence do
    alice :task => "year’s"
    bob :task => 'sell car'
  end
end

Word "year’s" contains non UTF8 character and causes the following
error when launching the process:

400 bad request
"\xE2" from ASCII-8BIT to UTF-8...

We switched to ruote-sequel storage and the problem went away.
It is not an issue for us, because we are switching to ruote-sequel,
but we thought we would pass the information along.

P.S. We are using rails 2.3.8, ruby 1.9.1-p243, ruote-2.2.0.

Thanks,
Iuri
