sorry, I mean simply query by tag. 

for example:

workitem.tags = [red, hot, chili]
participant.by_tag('hot')

seams Ruote has no direct query to find a workitem where the tag-list contains 
a specific tag. 
but you agree that moving to ruote-mon would be the best option if I have that 
requirement, right?
