I have the impressions that the templates for process observing in my last
email will help you.

I'm not sure how to understand your last sentence ("... externally to
ruote"), Having a central service that reacts on "terminated" and
"error_intercepted" msgs is perhaps less internal than on_terminate and
on_error participants.

I really have to document to process observation approach.
