I took a look at the respark code and it looks like all it does is a bulk reapply, so I don't think it would have helped. I already tried re-apply and cancel via ruote-kit, and it isn't working for these. Any thoughts on how I might manually invoke the reply/reply_to_parent method on the stuck expressions?
