I haven't understood exactly how to replicate this behaviour, could you
explain? So I can verify.

Not easy to implement this.

The best alternative is to implement a custom backend inheriting from the
OpenWrt backend and add the properties you need in its schema, but there's
no comprehensive documentation right now, apart from some fragments
scattered around.
