Hi Ritwick, our preferred method of communications are explained in the support page <http://openwisp.org/support.html>.
To summarise and repeat, for interesting technical discussions, we like to leave a trail here on the mailing list / forum so the texts can be indexed by search engines, this way these discussions will be useful to more people (and to us too because it will be easier to find). For programming / configuration questions that can be answered with a single / definitive best answer asking on stackoverflow with the openwisp tag will be very beneficial for us. For live debugging or general guidance, you can use IRC if there's anybody available that can help you while you are online. If nobody can respond on IRC, please default to the mailing list / forum. For code reviews we will use github.
