Hello everyone, This week was all about finalizing stuff before the package releases which mainly involved documenting the code I've written over the past few weeks and doing minor fixes/ iterations. The work done can be summarized as follows:
1. Released *openwisp-utils v0.1* and *v0.1.1* which contains all the shared code of OpenWISP modules. Can be checked out at [1] <https://github.com/openwisp/openwisp-utils>. I suggest everyone to check it out and use all the necessary code from this package which could avoid duplication of a lot of code. 2. Released *openwisp-network-topology v0.1*, a network topology module of OpenWISP2 which is basically a wrapper of *django-netjsongraph <https://github.com/rohithasrk/django-netjsongraph>*with multi-tenancy*. *The package details can be checked out at [2] <https://pypi.python.org/pypi/openwisp-network-topology> and the code at [3] <https://github.com/openwisp/openwisp-network-topology>. Now as the module has been released, integrating it in openwisp2 remains. I've started working on integration. As of now, I'm setting up the development environment which involves setting up the virtual machines with necessary dependencies installed and studying about ansible. I hope to catch up soon.
