I checked and we are using "good-first-issue" in some repos. It will take time to clean that up on all repos.. I hope github introduces a way to set up organization wide labels, right now is just too time consuming.
I've created more to-do columns, I hope now it's easier to read, at least it looks like to me. I've also linked the new board from the documentation and the website. I hope now new contributors will have an easier time in getting started!
