Thank you for your response, but I think you misunderstood the information I 
provided. The actual host name and IP address of my OpenWISP server are not 
given because this is a public forum. I substituted the example host name from 
to tutorial for my privacy, and to show that I followed the instructions as 
written. Regardless, this is on my private LAN, and it makes no difference what 
I choose to name my server. 

I think it’s important that you fully read the contents of a help request 
before treating someone like an imbecile. Let me point out once again that the 
Ansible playbook reports a fully successful install. I have no trouble pinging 
the server with the host name given to Ansible. I can even SSH to the server 
with that host name. But I cannot reach the OpenWISP web page. Not by host name 
or IP address. This suggests that the web server isn’t running. 

I will repeat my request. Does anyone know the location of the OpenWISP log 
files that might indicate why the web server is failing to start, even after a 
‘successful’ install?
