Not yet. Last year, I invested some time mentoring a student in the Google Summer of Code 2019 to work on the frontend library we use to do the topology map, the work we did is here: https://github.com/openwisp/netjsongraph.js/tree/gsoc2019 Unfortunately I never got the bandwidth to dedicate my full attention to this part. But yes, I do want to implement this feature somewhen soon, using that library and improve upon it.
In the past I've worked on mapping software for networks, in one of them I also implemented tools like distance calculation, area calculation, elevation profiles, things like that. I want to build these features into netjsongraph.js and use these in OpenWISP. That's my idea. But since you'll be needing this soon I believe, you'd better start however you feel comfortable in doing and once you have anything to share you can send the link here so me and others can take a look at it.
