Hi Manukumar,

since it is a permission denied error, it could be that the used account 
has not root privileges on the server or the user is not in the sudoers 
group.
On the server execute:
$apt install sudo -y
$usermod -a -G sudo <user name>

Also, pass the --ask-pass and --ask-become-pass option to your ansible call 
and do not forget the line *become: "{{ become | default('yes') }}"*, that 
means ansible will use the sudo program to run each command (see Create 
playbook file 
<https://github.com/openwisp/ansible-openwisp2#create-playbook-file>). Hope
