Another approach could be a Offer/Request model - OpenWrt members could 
write down a list (in the forum) of 'Offers' (Like: I will attend and 
help people with/work on 'xxxxxx') and 'Requests' (Like: I would really 
like someone to help me with 'xxxxxx')?
