Are there any known way to read the current value of the ticks-to-fire counter
of the hw wdt? If so then you may "calibrate" the timer first setting it to -
say - 0xFFFFFFF and then reading it back after a pre-defined time interval. It
would give you an approximate measure of the wdt clocking frequency you are
asking about.
