Realtek storm filtering code is commented out in rtl8366rb_api.c and
there are different registers defined in rtl8366rb_api.h - that's why
I'm in doubt.
How about port based priority? How it works? Seems that it's useless
while you have vlan enabled because it gets overridden by pvid (or vid
for tagged vlans) priority?
