What is happening with the Attitude Adjustment release process?
The last news over three weeks ago, in late September, was that there is
going to be a beta2, soon.

Rather soon after that message there was the (rumoured) RAID problem that
probably slowed down things. I say rumoured, as there has been no official
news neither here on openwrt-devel list, nor in the forum or on the web site,
although most of the services were offline for several days. The users and
the non-developer contributors like me have been left pretty much in the dark.
AA was branched in early October, but the beta2 has not appeared on the
download server in the following two weeks. So, what is happening with AA?
Same goes also for the snapshots. The snapshot directory has been empty since
September and the buildbots are steadily failing new builds although the
trunk is healthy and builds ok for private builds. The forum is full of
wondering about the snapshots and failing opkg package downloads, but no
official news anywhere I know. To my knowledge the only info from devs
regarding the buildbot snapshots is Jow's comment that the buildbot admin is
unreachable and their configs can't be changed (
https://forum.openwrt.org/viewtopic.php?pid=180521#p180521 ). It is rather
strange that there is not even a note in the empty snapshot download
directory about the current situation and the missing snapshots.
It would be great if the devs would post some status update both regarding
the AA release process & schedule and the buildbot snapshots.
