I believe the newer bullet M Series (With MAC 00:27) Do not let you flash anything but AirOS images via the web interface, Older 00:15 MAC Will let you via web.
TFTP Method Is possibly the only option 1) Power off device 2) Press and hold Reset 3) Power on device 4) Keep holding reset 5) When lights alternate between Green/Red and Orange/Red let go 6) tftp image using binary mode to 192.168.1.20 7) Wait 5 minutes and telnet as per normal.
