The wiki recommend quilt for "easy patch management" [1] However I run into problems when I try to update package/kernel/mac80211 to recent backports version [2]
300-pending_work.patch 301-pending_work-rt2x00.patch both are >50k and contain a mix of several series. Some of those series are quite old and maybe got lost or discarded upstream. Atm i just discard these two :( Example: in 300.. from 2011 series that contains [PATCH 2/3] mac80211: create a STA entry for a WDS interface after receiving a beacon see [3] Please, can someone elaborate on possible ways (git commands ?) to handle these ?
