AsiaRF modules also feature RT5350F chips, as well as all the RT5350 modules I 
have seen so far.

Also, the "Preliminary Datasheet" DSRT5350_V1.0_112510 dated November 25, 2010 
available online 
(<http://dlnmh9ip6v2uc.cloudfront.net/datasheets/Wireless/WiFi/RT5350.pdf>) 
specifies the RT5350F as the only part listed in the "Order Information" 
section on the front page, with an operating temperature range from -10°C to 
55°C.

FYI, the -20°C to +70°C is also specified in the HLK user's manual that was 
submitted to the FCC:

However, I doubt that the metal shield on the HLK board could make any
