I pushed a netifd revision 77a865b5b3ac476e05ff80f3c10d86686285c0da
which disables
ds-lite, map and gre using ifdefs if IFLA_IPTUN_MAX is not defined in
the kernel headers.
Could you please check if that does the trick for you (note: I did not
bump the netifd-Makefile in trunk yet)?
