That was actually a combination of the same issue (mails not getting
sent for hours) as well as screwing up batch send of the series.
Today's problem makes me suspect issues with my ISP, possibly due to
them doing some kind of greylisting of similar thing on outgoing mail
sent via postfix on my linux system, in an effort to prevent spam.
Mail sent through Mozilla gets through immediately which is what makes
me suspect the latter.
