patch addition will have minimal diff. Also reset the number of patch 316 to 315.
I think it is easier to keep the numbers, then you can do a diff between the directories for the different kernels.
This also reduces the risk of losing a patch which was added to 5.4 after the 5.10 patches were initially crated or missing a fixup which is needed for 5.4 and 5.10.
