Are you sure that's supported? This is a slot intended only for LTE modems, isn't it? Looking at the picture at https://i.mt.lv/cdn/rb_images/884_hi_res.png I can't see anything connecting to the PETn0/PETp0 pair. There are connections to the PERn0/PERp0 pair, but the traces do not look like they're laid out for a PCIe differential pair. I suspect that's made for some specific modem, using those pins for a debug UART.
