Yes, I was talking to Pali who did most of the CPUFreq changes to see
what can be done.
Essentially, it seems like Marvell is not cooperating at all, their
docs state incorrect recommended voltage, etc.
I was only able to get my board stable under 30m stress test with 1.2V
which is listed as max voltage but in the boards
OTP 1.26V is hardcoded as the starting voltage, so it's currently a mess.
