The sender domain has a DMARC Reject/Quarantine policy which disallows
sending mailing list messages using the original "From" header.

To mitigate this problem, the original message has been wrapped
automatically by the mailing list software.

makes sense to me as I haven't noticed any missing functionality after
switching from Linux 5.4 to 5.10
allowing users to still install it as package still means we have some
backup plan (at least for OpenWrt 21.02) in case someone finds why
it's needed
