This is required to use BPF maps of type BPF_MAP_TYPE_PERF_EVENT_ARRAY
for sending data from BPF programs to user-space for post-processing
or logging.

As this symbol exposes KERNEL_BPF_KPROBE_OVERRIDE, also add a config
option for it.
