With Adtran BSAP18x0 devices being the only one needing to know on which flash block resides FIS directory, we can remove the patch scaning for it. If any new device arises the redboot-fis parser has option to specify FIS directory with fis-index-block propertie in dts, which also makes this patch obsolete.
