Hi,
it seems to me that the buildbot's worker amounts are not in balance with the
commit frequency and actual workload of the various branches.
The phase1 images buildbot has only 3 active workers for master (which has
regularly new commits), while the stable 22.03 has 8 workers.
The same is with the phase2 packages buildbot:
stable 22.03 has 9 workers, while the active master has only 3.
To me it looks like 22.03 is over-resourced compared to the master, making
build frequency in master rather slow.
To my knowledge, no release builds are currently being compiled, so could a
few workers be re-assigned from 22.03 to master in order to shorten the build
frequency there, both regarding images and packages.
