The issue appears again on WR1043ND with BB r40820+
Adding '''except-interface=eth0.2''' to '''/etc/dnsmasq.conf''' and
'''list 'notinterface' 'eth0.2'''' to '''/etc/config/dhcp''' seems to
work.
