#16721: uhttpd crashes when libpolarssl is upgraded from 1.3.4-1 to 1.3.7-1

When upgrading from 152-r40756 to 153-r41037, libpolarssl gets upgraded,
and uhttpd crashes on start
syslog reports:
Instance uhttpd::instance1 s in a crash loop 6 crashes, 0 seconds since
last crash
Upgrading everything _EXCEPT_ libpolarssl works, and uhttpd continues to
work. Without this, of course, luci is unavailable - hence raising as high
priority
