Comment:
The feature flag has been moved to the newly added 'legacy' subtarget in
r41049
The block size is a tradeoff of memory usage vs. filesystem size. The 256k
blocksize reduces ROM usage, but makes the system completely unusable on
devices with little RAM.
Now that low-memory systems are handled by a separate subtarget, it is no
longer necessary to carry the flag for the main target.
