The problem is easy to replicate in trunk : target omap, eglibc 2.19
The Error does not occur with eglibc 2.15
The stub files that is missing: gnu/stubs-hard.h
stub file that are there: gnu/stubs-soft.h gnu/stubs.h
(directory ./staging_dir/toolchain-
arm_cortex-a9+vfpv3_gcc-4.8-linaro_eglibc-2.19_eabi/include/gnu/stubs-
soft.h)
These stub files are generated by make in glibc
( glibc Makefile:
https://sourceware.org/git/?p=glibc.git;a=blob;f=Makefile )
the eglibc should be similar to glibc according to their project site
The wrong files are generated
PS: eglibc development has stopped according to project site
"EGLIBC is no longer developed and such goals are now being addressed
directly in GLIBC. "
