#16804: Asterisk packages incomplete

The current trunk Asterisk18 only contain a very limited number of modules
available in Asterisk 1.8.x. No independent modules are available for
downloading and installation through "opkg install" either. It is not the
case previously. For example, AA/12.09 have about 50 modules to select
and install. I tried to compile my own and the results are the same. No
additional modules can be selected in menuconfig.
This is also the case for Asterisk11. Please provide a way to download
and/or compile the complete set of the modules. Thanks.
