spontanously, I suspect that somewhere in
target/linux/ramips/image/Makefile one needs to remove a dash ('-')
character making i.e. change HW550-3G to HW5503G in at least one occasion.
However, I don't have the time to figure that out now, but would suggest
that as a starting point to anyone who does.
