Hello, this is not a bug of openwrt.It is a bug of wiki.openwrt.org.
There is somthing wrong within the config of the webserver.
If a browse request zh-cn in Accept-Language header, the website does not
work (report error 500).
to reproduce:
$ telnet wiki.openwrt.org http
