Patch to enable WNDR3700v4 image flashing using tftp protocol, please see
below:
without this patch the above router will not accept tftp image and will
ignore any image upload using the tftp method.
with this patch applied image flashing using tftp method proceeds and
router accepts the image then proceeds to update using the newly flashed
image.
