#16898: OpenVPN can't connect to oepnvpn servers of VPNGATE.net

I used the latest trunk build to connect to openvpn servers of
vpngate.net.
The problem is : although the connection was set up correctly, there is no
IP address can be obtained from server side. With the same configuration
file, DD-WRT can connect and obtain the IP address correctly.
