#16918: IPv6 stateless auto configuration stopped working

I am running a source build OpenWrt trunk using he.net/tunnelbroker.net
for IPv6 tunnel. Around 41259 my clients no longer receive an IPv6
address on the lan. The router itself is working - tunnel is working -
but the routed subnet does not. Roll back to above version and it works.
I am not entirely certain how to debug this and odhcpd is not really
logging much.
