Thank you so much for the prompt reply. I did do a search for existing
iax2 issues but didn't find anything that I could see related to my
problem.
I rebuilt with Asterisk 1.8.26.1 and included res_timing-timerfd, loaded
it in the config and IAX2 now works properly. A trap for young players :)
It would be great if you could add the timing module to the dependencies
for iax2 so no one else has this issue.
