I guess this puts the "let me use my channels" disucssion in a new light
and explains the cautious behaviour of the OpenWrt developers. Regulatory
violations in the past might lead to cryptographically signed firmwares in
the future...
Since the north america region is a too huge market to ignore, vendors
will need to cater to the rules set by the FCC.
