With the latest trunk image (r41516) I can't reproduce this on my box and
this shouldn't be the case as {{{luci-ssl}}} depends on {{{luci}}} which
depends on {{{luci-theme-bootstrap}}}.
Can you provide us with a more detailed log of {{{$ opkg install luci-
ssl}}}?
